Definitions
“Subscribers” means any natural person, corporation, limited liability Company, proprietorship, partnership or any unlimited liability company or other organization.
“Data” means all of our data including models, codes, scripts, courses or any teaching materials provided.
“Force Majeure Event” means any flood, fire, war, terrorism, extreme weather conditions, earthquake, act of God, riot, labor dispute, government action, communication or power failures or any accidents.

Service Agreement

  1. The subscribed data is only available to the paid subscribers for declared usage (personal or commercial). Subscribers must not copy or sell or allow other to read the data or make any non-declared usages.
  2. Subscriber must pay the subscription fee on time.
  3. Subscriber agrees all fee or any part thereof paid fee shall not be refundable for any reasons whatsoever. If subscriber requests an early termination, all payment made will not be refunded.
  4. We may adjust the subscription fee and revise any terms and conditions. Please read the Service Agreement, Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability in our website before making the subscription.
  5. Under the circumstances that we are of opinion that the action of subscriber has been in breach of any Terms and Conditions, we can in anytime terminate or limit the subscribed service without making refund. We has the right to pursue legal liability and compensation.
  6. If you want to cancel your Horse Pick subscription, you must submit a cancellation request through email within 5 days since your next renewal day. Otherwise, the subscription will automatically be extended for one month.
